I was thinking in a multiplayer game that it would be nice if I had to say walk the dog, or get dinner or something temporary came up, it'd be nice if I could give control of my country to my teammate for a turn so I don't have to quit or take up everyones time by asking them to wait for me. I'd say limit it to once or maybe twice a game so that things don't get out of hand and one player's doing everything, but I think it would be a nice built in convenience or break-system for a game that requires a 2-4 hour time investment.
