JUNO Div

guderiankrieg ALLIES defeats Kbaldy Axis G6
2games/2wins..4points....8games/4wins..12points

Axis took Russia but needed to hold with mixed force strong usa fleet pushed into indian ocean and armour took CAU as USA base, owning CAU/ FIC and ind in Indo China was out cashing axis nicely and holding a good central base, japan hit usa fleet.air+subs but rolled poor and gave up.

seems i diced the heck out of him all game means i musta played terrible as i lost Russia with no hit on germany possible(ever).Hope I improve my playing skills in case my dice get bad....

And btw, i did over state your defensive hit percentage, after i thought about it my japan hit on russia your def hit slightly over 50 percent, i was counting on my 30 jap tanks to do the job, but you outhit me the first roll by 11 if i remember correctly. Japan taking russia instead of germ having to finish would have made it a different game. So losing russia with no hit on germ didnt really hurt your chances since you had japan backed up and germ depleted to the point they could barely defend the homeland. If you dont understand why at that point in the game 1 hit with 2 subs, 5 ftrs and a bmbr would frustrate me, then oh well. You are one of the best i have ever played, and I really wanted this win, just got impatient as usual.

I disagree..I played poorly got stuck in Africa again, seems strange im having trouble clearing it early in many games recently.
Agreed though your impatientence may have cost you, collecting good 15ipc more per turn and my Allies stuck you changed emphasis to stalling me to taking Moscow, even with slight odds waiting for better odds would have been more prudent.
I had nothng theatening Japans north east Asia holdings so shoring up egypt/the Jordan for another 4/5 turns would have ensured victory for you.

I genuinely did not see any chance for allies until you took Russia, had planned to retake but thought better of it as USA position was tactically very nice, you defend Moscow in few rds I head Germany,or vice versa, pac move was never long term move for me,getting tanks ready for swing was Pac just meant Japan wasted its IPC for enuff turns.

You played stunning game, you had victory in a long game set up just need to stick to it.

P.S. wait til you play Sarten bugger never misses 1 inf defence, hurts so bad in opening rds cats been booted rd house so much i may need to put it down.

Conference, Div, Side, Bid,
Your W-L record & points
Opponents W-L record & points.
Game notes

Revised, Juno, G6 bid
Sarten Allies (2-1) def riverrat Axis (3-2)

Back and forth game really came down to a 43% battle of Moscow.

Revised Juno, G6 bid
Sarten Axis (3-1) def riverrat Allies (3-3)

Axis held Africa long enough to get the slight IPC advantage.

Fantastic opponent and red dice helped me in both games. Thanks for the games.

Revised Juno, G6 bid
Ivanpelt Axis (1-1) def Sarten Allies(3-2)

Tried a KJF strategy with US and although won a major fleet battle, let Japan sneak into Western US. By the time it was retaken 8 turns later, too late for the allies.

Revised Juno, G6 bid
Sarten Axis (4-2) def Ivanpelt Allies(1-2)

Quick march to Moscow with Germany and massive retreat from Africa allowed Axis to get 9 VCs.

Thanks for the games Ivanpelt - a tough opponent and a fun set of games - especially the massive naval and land battles in the KJF game.

Revised Juno, G6 bid
Sarten Allies (5-2) def tiptonk Axis(0-4)

German baltic and med fleet kept allies at bay, but Russia was able to win the ground war.

Revised Juno, G6 bid
Sarten Axis (6-2) def tiptonk Allies(0-5)

Germany got the better of a set of trades in Ukraine and was able to take a hold Caucasus early.

Definitely unconventional start for the games tiptonk! Thanks for the games.

Revised Juno, G6 bid
Sarten Allies (7-2) def GuderianKrieg Axis(2-1)

Allies got a lot of solo defensive hits and were able to win the IPC war with a standard KGF strategy.

Revised Juno, G6 bid
Sarten Axis (8-2) def GuderianKrieg Allies (2-2)

Double Axis stack of Egypt resulted in massive 80+ unit buildup in Africa for both sides. Eventually Japan was able to make headway against Russia in Asia.

Excellent opponent and tough set of games. Luck played a large role in both and I guess I must have taken the red pants to work that day. Thanks for the games GuderianKrieg.

Massive bunch of updates so I am going to paste in the chart to make life easier for you commander_chaos!
