http://www.swa-gaming.org/councilI have personally been to a few of these Council of Five. They are not really big cons (maybe 100-200 attendees) but they are very well organized. They have an event boards with hanging tickets so you can quickly see what events are available. If you want to switch events, they require you to swap out your ticket.

Well I just registered for this one and I will be there on Friday night and Saturday day. Another thing that is great about this con is that the GMs take the time to teach and manage the games. So many small cons just put the game out and let the players fend for themselves, or worse.
