Guys, Tier 5 has to send challenges out first, then Tier 4 gets to, then Tier 3, etc. Remember everyone in the lower tiers must issue a challenge first, unless the 5-day first-challenge right limit is reached. I will post when free challenges are available. If you are challenged by someone else, you no longer are available to be challenged again or make challenges.
Schonemann, your seed placement was fixed, so you'll have to wait longer anyway.

As advancement in the ladder is determinant upon lower seeded players defeating higher seeded players, lower seeded players retain a first-challenge right in their selection of opponents. This means that players in lower seeded tiers can make a "claim" on their opponents by posting challenges against those in higher seeded tiers (or higher seeded players within that challenger's tier). Accordingly, until all the players in the lowest tier have matches, no players from any other tier may post a challenge. As player tiers acquire full matching pairs, the first-challenge right moves up the ladder to higher seeded players in the next tier. Player challenges must be completed within the first five (5) days of each new reseeding period (after ladder statistics have been updated and posted). If a lower seed is holding up challenge postings by the fifth (5th) day, game challenges may be made by anyone in free-for-all fashion. Anyone who has not issued a challenge by the sixth (6th) day will be penalized the set number of seeding places (as further explained below).
As of right now, all of the above challenges are null. After Tier 5 has fully-matched pairings, Tier 4 will get to go next, etc. If Tier 5 is holding up the line by the 10th, then the open challenge rule kicks in. The fail-safes are here for a reason.
