GTO Backgammon on Facebook

If you haven't read this month's newsletter then you may have missed the news that we've just launched a new version of Backgammon on Facebook. If you have a Facebook account you can get the app by going to http://apps.facebook.com/gtobackgammon/ and adding the app.

It's still in testing so you're likely to run into some issues here and there but if you can post any problems you experience here you'll really be helping us out.

So far we're seeing that some people are getting an error when they accept a challenge from another user. Sometimes this only happens once, sometimes more than once.

Does this explain when there appears to be no way to actually start a backgammon game here on GTO? All I see on the game page is a "buy at Piazo" link, a "screenshot" link, and a "rules" link.

Actually, you just fire up the lobby to play all of the games. Click the Gathering Place banner to get started.
