Yes The Great American Train Game/Stephenson's Rocket seems a natural. It's a Knizia and he's already got a couple of games here. And it's a great game.

I love Empire Builder/Eurorails, and it would draw in the train gamers.

Bumping this up as this is a great idea - would be good to have a longer non-warfare medium chance game on the site.

Plus their are some many titles to explore that you might have a good chance of finding one. In addition to others mentioned, I can think of older games such as Raliway Rivals, or all the Age of Steam titles etc..
