reconnect button not working

Help,

if i get disconnected from a game I can never reconnect the button wont work. It did up until about 3 months ago then it quit when I updated java and removed the old. I have tried removing java and reinstalling it whoch doesnt seem to do anything. I am not sure what else do to. Any help would be great.

For me reconnecting brings up my browser and then the download box --

If you have your browser set to "no popups" that could prevent the page from loading which it needs to reconnect --

I tried that it didnt help. I have also tried removing and reinstallling java which isnt helping either

Have you tried going back to that older version of Java before you updated and it stopped working?

You mentioned a 3 month time frame approximately. Start with Java 6 Update 23 from 14 December, 2010.

No. Download only the latest one. I'd uninstall Java, clear you caches, clean your registry, then install the latest x86 or x64 release as per your OS.

The reconnect option for live, Axis and Allies Revised has not worked about 2-3 times now here in te past few days or week.

Another user tigertanks1 has just reported this in the lobby GP now as well.
