The International Strategic Gaming Organization

 SGS stands for Strategy Gaming Society. It was originally formed as the American Wargaming Association in 1973 and is the longest-continuously-existing gaming organization in the United States. The SGS serves to bring together people from all over the world in mutual enjoyment of the strategy gaming hobby.
